How Long Does it Take to Receive My Photos?


We want you to be happy with the products you receive. We spend a lot of time editing to make sure we’re delivering products to be proud of. Digital and printed photos will be delivered within 3 weeks following an event. Delivery of printed products created from Youth Sports portraits and Team photos is dependent on lab availability.



DO YOU TRAVEL FOR MEETS?


We're happy to travel for events. Please keep in mind that travel costs are typically built into our invoices. 



Can I Book During the Competition Days?

We do our best to accommodate every booking request we receive. Since we book our events in advance of the start of competition, there may not be available last-minute spots. Please be aware that a fee of 20% may be added to packages booked the same day of competition.

Can I Upgrade My Package the Day-of?


Yes! We're happy to upgrade your package if you change your mind about which package you’d like.


Return Policy


Based on their nature, neither digital nor printed products are eligible for returns.


Refund Policy


Refunds are not available for digital or printed products. 



How do Cancellations work?


Things happen, it's alright! Cancellations more than 1 week from the start of competition are eligible for a full refund. However, because we block off availability that prevents other athletes/teams from booking us at the same time, cancellations less than a week from the start of competition are only eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations that occur once competition has started are not eligible for a refund.
